Time management debunked.
We hear this message consistently; people are busy, there’s not enough hours in the day, everything is piling up, etc. etc. In this module, we explore how this issue is not so much a time management problem. It is a priority management problem. And there are simple solutions to helping leaders, founders and self-development intentions to generate action in this space.
-
Visioning for the next phase.
This module has a clear focus on unpacking what’s next. The world we occupy is ever-evolving. It is worth each individual taking the time to slow down and align what is really next for us. This program combines components of visioning, continuous improvement, change management and goal setting.
-
The main goal of giving away a message is making sure you are being understood clearly. And although this may not seem possible, it is not hard to be truly understood. It requires a mix of knowing what you want to say, what the undertone of the message is, and how will it get across quickest to your audience. This module unpacks just that.
